Holy moley, their food was delicious! We hired them for our wedding reception August 8th, we had the sirloin and turkey with potatoes and green beans as our side! Best meal ever! Everyone kept talking about the potatoes and the sirloin! Trust me we will definitely be hiring them again!

I've had this food numerous times. What a terrific alternative to the same old stuff~! Her meat is cooked on a rotisserie that she brings with her and it's DELICIOUS. She compliments it with real potatoes and seasoned veggies that are always perfect. It's really "home cooking" but at your place. If you want a real "meat and potatoes" kind of meal that is still fancy enough for an elegant wedding, try this. You won't be disappointed.
